A surreal desert at 2,200m altitude surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Sand dunes with frozen peaks behind them. Best visited early morning for photos. Free entry.
Crystal-clear lake fed by Satpara stream. Calm, peaceful, surrounded by barren mountains. There's a dam nearby. Entry: 50 PKR. Boating available (~500 PKR).
The famous "Heaven on Earth." Iconic airplane-shaped restaurant sitting over turquoise water. Even if you don't stay here, entry to the resort is ~200 PKR. Best lunch spot.
More secluded and arguably more beautiful than Lower Kachura. Crystal-clear water where you can see the bottom. The last 2 km of road is rough — Tucson can handle it slowly. Don't skip this one.
600-year-old fort overlooking the entire valley. 20-min walk up from parking. Sunset from here is spectacular. Free entry.
